Beta Program Terms

Thanks for joining Fictara's Beta Program. Here's a clear, no–fine-print explanation of what it is and what we ask of you. By joining the program you accept these terms.

1. What the Beta Program is

Fictara is still in beta: the platform works, but we're still polishing it. The Beta Program is our way of thanking you for being part of this stage: you get 20% off in exchange for helping us improve with your feedback.

It's a mutual deal: you help us make Fictara better, and we give it back to you on your subscription.

2. Your discount: 20% for 12 months

• You get 20% off your plan for 12 months from the date you join the program.
• The discount applies to whatever plan you're on at any time: if you change plans, the 20% applies to the new one.
• It's a personal discount tied to your account; it is not transferable.

3. What we ask in return: 3 pieces of feedback a month

To keep the discount, we ask for at least 3 pieces of feedback per month, submitted through the in-app feedback form. Feedback counts as:

• Reporting a bug or something that didn't work as you expected.
• Suggesting an improvement or a new feature.
• Telling us your impression of something you've used.

We're not after long technical reports: we want your real, honest experience. Three useful messages a month is enough. Only feedback sent through the in-app form counts — messages through other channels don't count toward the monthly total.

4. What happens if you miss the 3 in a month

No drama and no retroactive penalties:

• The first month you miss it: we send a friendly email reminder.
• If you miss it again the following month: you move to the standard price of your plan from that month on. We don't charge you anything retroactively and there's no fine: you simply stop having the 20%.

If you become active again later, we can talk about reactivating your discount.

5. When the discount ends

• The 20% lasts 12 months from your sign-up.
• We'll email you 30 days before it ends (before month 13 begins), so there are no surprises.
• From month 13 you'll move to the standard price in effect for your plan.

6. You're using a platform in beta

Fictara is under active development. That means there may be bugs, occasional outages or changes as we keep improving. We do everything we can to look after your data and your work, but we ask for your understanding with the bumps that come with a beta.

7. Prices may change when we leave beta

When Fictara leaves beta, plan prices may be adjusted. Your 20% applies to the price in effect at any given time during your 12 months; if the base price changes, the discount is calculated on the new price.

8. We may end the Beta Program

Fictara (operated by Nyralis) may end the Beta Program, giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. Until that date you keep the conditions you already had.
