Beta Tester Information

Before registering as a beta tester, read and understand this document. Your registration implies acceptance of these points.

1. What the beta is

Fictara is in closed beta. This means:

• It is not a commercial service yet.
• We are calculating real and sustainable prices based on your usage.
• Your participation is voluntary.
• There may be errors, interruptions and changes without prior notice.

2. What we ask of you

• Real use: use Fictara as you would a normal service.
• Honest feedback: report bugs and share impressions.
• Respect for the 5 absolute rules: non-negotiable (see section 4).
• Cost contribution: during beta there may be a small symbolic charge to cover AI costs. We will inform you before any charge.

3. What we give you in exchange

• Early access to full Fictara.
• Direct voice in product design.
• Personalized perks at official launch, calculated based on your real usage (example: discounted yearly price, extra credits, custom plans).
• Your name on the thank-you page if you wish.

4. The 5 absolute rules

Fictara allows any kind of textual content, including adult content, EXCEPT:

1. Sexual material involving persons under 18.
2. Instructions to manufacture weapons of mass destruction.
3. Real doxing (personal data of real persons with intent to harm).
4. Specific and credible incitement to violence.
5. Functional malware or fraud code.

5. What happens if you violate the rules

• Immediate blocking of your account, without prior notice.
• No refund of any previous charge.
• In legally mandatory cases (especially material involving minors), report to authorities (KOBIK Switzerland, NCMEC international, etc.).
• No second chance.

6. Your data during beta

• Your texts are NOT used to train external AI.
• Your texts are processed temporarily by AI providers only to generate responses.
• Usage logs are kept 12 months for statistical analysis (no content, only costs and tokens).
• Read the Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Ownership of your works

What you write with Fictara is yours. You retain all copyright, as long as you comply with the 5 rules.

Fictara and Nyralis are ours. You may not copy, resell or recreate the platform.

8. Legal status

Fictara operates under Nyralis, brand of Zoraida Fluch-Guillén (Einzelunternehmen in preparation, Switzerland). Incorporation as Nyralis GmbH will take place before the public launch.

9. End of beta

When the beta ends:

• You will receive an email with your calculated personalized perks.
• You can continue with the plan you prefer or cancel at no cost.
• Your data and projects remain intact.
