Nyralis is currently operated as an Einzelunternehmen (sole proprietorship) in preparation. Formal incorporation as Nyralis GmbH is planned before the public launch.

During the beta phase:

• No commercial service is offered to the general public.
• Access is by invitation or beta tester registration.
• Final legal data will be published upon GmbH formation.
